Mastercard Foundation scholars from across Africa discuss their future goals and how the program has helped them on their way. The interviews were conducted at the Secondary Scholars Convening in Kigali, Rwanda and in Kampala, Uganda in August 2015.
Mathematica is designing and implementing a monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) framework for The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program. The program's ultimate goal is to engender social transformation by developing young leaders who will use their education and human capital skills to contribute to the economic growth and social development in their home communities or countries.
