Larb or meat salads are my favorite menu. its literally called Laab, not Larb. this dish is part of the northeast or "Isaan" recipe. Beef Laap is my favorite.

เมื่อประเทศใดมีสัตว์ชนิดนึงเยอะจนล้นประชากรล้นประเทศ เค้าก้อจะต้องลดจำนวนและสนับสนุนการล่าและบริโภคเป็นเรื่องปกติคับ ก็เหมือนไทยกินจรเข้เพราะมันดีกว่าการที่เลี้ยงเพื่อเอาแต่หนังแล้วทิ้งส่วนที่เหลือไปฟรีๆนี่นหละคับ

ล้นทวีปแล้วครับ จิงโจ้ประมาณ 15ล้านตัว เช่นเดียวกันกับอูฐ เอเลี่ยนสปีชี่ส์ ทีมี 1ล้านตัว สองชนิดนี้ เยอะจนหน้าแล้ง น้ำไม่พอให้สัตว์อื่นๆกิน

If by raw you mean medium rare, yes, but ONLY if the meat has been frozen for three days first to kill off toxoplasmosis pathogens. Unlike cattle, kangaroos are hunted and not farmed in Australia and so do not go through routine animal husbandry practices that assure minimal food safety standards. Commercial wild game food safety regulations are followed instead.

แปลแบบสรุปๆ นะคะ 0:13 มันเป็นเมนูที่น่าทึ่งมาก 0:30 ผมไม่เคยกินเนื้อจิ้งโจ้มาก่อนเลยในชีวิต ก็เลยรู้สึก... (ตื่นเต้น) ลุ้นๆ นิดหน่อย 0:54 ผมคิดว่าคุณทำออกมาได้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ก่อนที่คุณจะอธิบายเกี่ยวกับเมนูนี้ มันมีกลิ่นหอม ไม่หนักท้อง มีความประณีต ไม่คิดเลยว่าเนื้อจิ้งโจ้จะอร่อยได้ขนาดนี้ 1:11 นี่มันดีเท่าหรือดีกว่าร้านอาหารที่ฉันได้ทานมาในออสเตรเลียตลอดช่วง 6 เดือนที่ผ่านมาเลย ไม่ 100% แต่น่าจะประมาณนี้ ไม่สันทัดสำเนียงออสซี่เช่นกันค่ะ

Favourite by judges rigged .....used to be a fair competition but not any more they picked this person already even though she be a cheater as held the immunity badge to get this far.....not impressed......if does win will confirm show is rigged again
