I have great respect for the young woman. It must be extremely difficult to play in the knowledge that the great Schiff is sitting in the audience and will give critical feedback after the performance. Nevertheless, she mastered the sonata flawlessly. And afterwards she carried out Schiff's instructions wonderfully, which must also be enormously difficult if you have practiced the sonata differently beforehand. Hats off!

One of the best hours of my life - how astonishing that we can watch and learn like this for free. These things are at their best when the “recipient”, as here, has the talent and flexibility to comprehend and implement the suggestions so quickly. There were aspects of her playing that were first class.

The difference of level between both of them is speechless. And she already plays so well. You realize it takes a huge amount of knowledge to be a virtuoso. Not only in piano, but in orchestral music too. As some people say, you can't understand Mozart's sonatas if you don't know his sinfonias very well.

Amazingly how quickly and well she responds to Schiff . Scientific precision with feeling und liebewohl . I 've rarely heard the music sound this each "sound" inflection speaks . Only Ingrid Haebler with Uchida,Pirez,Lili and a few others have shown me this music -all music is more than a page can show . This female pianist makes wonderful Mozart ! Every child is given these 3 movements but the mature , musical adult finds the path infinite .

A masterclass for Mozart’s accompanied piano sonatas(sonatas with the accompaniment of a violin) are needed. These sonatas are mistakenly relegated to the violin repertoire but more appropriately belong to Mozart’s piano sonata output. They are first and foremost pianoforte sonatas with violin obligato, all the technical and musical interest are located within the keyboard part of these duo sonatas. More Pianist should play them. They are ignored by pianist because they require a violinist to perform them. This ignorant attitude never existed in the classical era of Mozart,Haydn or Beethoven.

“Like she is” can be improved . With Mozart the improvements can be very subtle as the music is so bare and exposed. Schiff is not a big guy. He is sincerely wanting to help her.
