Professor Tembeka Ngcukaitobi will engage with the theme using selected historical legal cases. Students in Humanities and Law Faculties will benefit from this Masterclass.

Some of the so-called emerging scholars acting as discussants are unimpressive. Mediocre at best. If they are representative of the best of the institution, then it is very very unfortunate
