I still remember watching Aadukalam without knowing about Vetrimaran. I thought the director had won when he made people come to the edge of the seat during that rooster fight. That was wonderful.

Bonding between the characters thats what he's saying about raajan, guna senthil, velu, thambi, (betrayal and bonding are the key aspects that carry movies like subramaniyaburam, gangs of wasseypur, vada chennai , goodfellas, usual suspects, Irishman (you can see the similarities of screen play these films ) But I am seeing martin Scorsese influence from anurag and vetri maaran

If vettri thinks viduthalai train sequence is well executed then he is definitely a mediocre Director.. such a amateur shot it was.. bad camera work and lightings( reflection is so easily visible and bad acting by extras🤷🏽‍♂️
