Am confused you said we should not give sugar or glucose to birds rather we should give electrolytes yet if making electrolytes sugar, salt, baking soda and potassium chloride are the ingredients

During brooding. Do we provide light or heat or both to chicks. I'm sure about the heat because they need 32 degrees. But what about the light.
