My daughters shoot Easton Vector carbon arrows that I cut down to 24". They are a slimmer arrow and shoot faster than kids wood arrows, thus they will stick into foam targets better. It's frustrating for the kids to see them bounce off. It can be a struggle with the super light bows. I use a mini chop saw from Harbor Freight with an abrasive disc, much cheaper than an arrow specific saw. It's such a family friendly hobby, good to see others enjoying it too. Good shooting!

That was the toughest for us also was “making them stick” as Bradley would say! We found him so little wood arrows at a bow shoot and they are like missiles out of his little bows! But for the longest time we used little carbons out of the “miscut” arrows at our archery shop! Love this time we have together!
