Sorry I couldn't make it to the live feed. Thank you for the details of making these measurements. I'd love to see more of this, especially using Simpson biplane in apical 4 & 2 and with UEA. (Your phone ringer reminds me of the music my Grandfather listened too ... He would tell me its, "Arabian Rock & Roll" 😁)

It is acceptable to measure LV measurement in PSAX Papillary muscle?

if you don't include papillary muscle , yes. doesn't matter PLAX or PSAX
