This was during the opening ceremony of the annual World Skills competition in Kazan (2019), Russia. 60+ countries send representatives to show their vocational skills. The venue is the Kazan soccer stadium (Capacity 45,000). The stages revolve in 2 directions so that the entire stadium gets a view of the performers. Upper Level (Dimash) is rotating clockwise, the lower ring (chorus) is counter-clockwise. This song was written for Dimash specifically by Igor Krutoy as an inspirational motivating song for the 2nd European Games held in Minsk earlier that same year.

Igor Krutoy just wrote the song,"I Miss You" for Dimash. It was just recently released.

In case you haven't heard, Dimash will be performing as part of the U.S. Presidential Inauguration celebration on January 17th. I haven't heard if he has announced which song he will perform, but I think Olimpico would be perfect.
