The thing I love about this figure is that the engineers figured out a way to get the headlights on the wrists like the CGs instead of most figures that leave them on the shoulders and substitute them with something else or nothing at all. Definitely my favorite MPM of them all

The Reason Why they Did that Spinal Cord is because Around the Same time Masterpiece Jazz Came Around, The Masterpiece 1st Movie Megatron Came in.

I actually had mine displayed in his split mode for a while. Half of him was on the ground crawling while his legs were held up by my 3rd party Bonecrusher.

Ngl the fact that you can split him in half is why i plan on getting my hands on it XD cause like thats really impressive that not only does he transform, not only is he poseable, but you can just split him in half! Now that is some masterpiece engineering!

From what I've heard, they haven't made an MP G1 Jazz is because acquiring the license from Porsche is a bit of a bitch.

I'll tell my sister to get Megatron, my other sister to get Optimus, then I'm going to bye the empire state building for only a couple million dollars. After that we will recreate the scene!

There was only ever 1 made and it was for the movie. There was no hardtop consumer Solstice, they only had the convertible tops

I wish that Bee and Jazz had had their altmodes swapped, Jazz the warrior should've been taller than Bee the scout, not to mention the Solstice being rounder would've made for a better kid appeal character than a Camaro.

Nice review man. But does this figure suffer any stress marks after several times tranforming it from robot mode to car mode?

Thanks! And yeah the tabs on the side windows and their hinges have some slight stress marks on them but mine are super tight so that's probably why.

The human alliance jazz comes very close to the masterpiece. Maybe HA jazz is lacking in the arms and hands department; but the rest of it is definitely on another level. Plus the alliance jazz has an articulated Sam figure and motorcycle that transformers into a gun🤩

Its the metal used in most toys. Lots of people find having metal in their toys important for some reason.

Pretty sure its zinc. Metallic and magnetic, if put into the feet of figures it improves stability (toy does not topple over easily)
