As-salamu alaykum vai. I have a question. I hope you would reply to me. I have seen on the embassy of Japan in Bangladesh website that for Mext scholarship, academic qualification requirements are all first-class (a mark of 60% or a CGPA 3.5 out of 4). So, if my CGPA is below 3.5 out of 4, Will I be able to apply for the Mext scholarship (masters programme)?

You are not eligible to apply if you do not fulfill the requirements. However, there are many other scholarship opportunities available. You may also receive a waiver and stipend after arriving in Japan. Don't waste your time on MEXT. Best wishes for you.

I have completed my graduation in EEE, I have a few questions. As managing professor is the only way to get admission for msc then is it required to have thesis experience and publication? Also for apply is it mandatory to attach a thesis proposal?

@mirzatv6165 I have no idea without IT subject. As far I know all processes are same . Watch this video again and note down the keywords, then search in google. I think you will find that solution.
