*ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಓರ್ವ ವೈದ್ಯ ಅಥವಾ ಆಂಬುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ತಲುಪದಿದ್ದರೆ..?* *ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯೇ ಅಥವಾ ದೆಹಲಿಯ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ದೇಶದ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯೇ?* ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಕೆಲವು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆದು ಮುಂದೆ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಕೆಲಸದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗಮನ ಕೊಡೋಣ ಎಂದನಿಸಿತು. ಮೊದಲನೆಯದಾಗಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಬಳಿ ಬಗೆಹರಿಯದಿದ್ದರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಆಡಳಿತ ಯಂತ್ರದ ಭಾಗದ ಕಡೆಗೆ, ಏನಾದರೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಗೆಹರಿಯದಿದ್ದರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ, ವ್ಯವಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕಾಗಬಹುದು. ಭಾರತದ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ಜಾಗತೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ. ಆದರೆ ಇಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈವಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಒಂದು ಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ದಾಟಿ "ಅತಿಯಾದರೆ ಅಮೃತ ವಿಷ" ಎಂಬ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾದಂತಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಭಾರತೀಯ ನಾಗರೀಕರಿಗೂ ಸಹ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ವಾಹನ ಸಂಚಾರದ ದಟ್ಟನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳ ಸದ್ದುಗದ್ದಲದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸರಿಯಾದ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯ ವಾತಾವರಣವಿಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲು ನಾವು ಮಹತ್ವಪೂರ್ಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಾದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ವಾಹನದಟ್ಟನೆಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ವೈದ್ಯ ಅಥವಾ ಆಂಬುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ತಲುಪಿ ರೋಗಿಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲು ಅಥವಾ ಒಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ತಲುಪಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯೆ ಕಲಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಲು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯ? ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಐಟಿ ಬಿಟಿಯ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಆದಾಯ ಬರಬೇಕೆಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ, ವೈದ್ಯರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಹುಷಾರಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಾಗ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಬಳಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನಡೆದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಈ ಮೂರೂ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯಬಹುದು. ಅದರ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಐಟಿ ಬಿಟಿ ಯಂತ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪಬ್ ಬಾರ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ನಗರದ ಮಧ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿ ಎಷ್ಟು ಆದಾಯ, ಹಣ ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿದರೂ ಸಹ ಇತರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಏನು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ? ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ IT BT ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಕಂಪನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಗಡಿ ಭಾಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೇರೆ ನಗರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಕಂಪನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಒಳಿತು ಎಂದನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. Infosys ನಂತ ಐಟಿ ಕಂಪನಿಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರೇ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರುವಾಗ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಶಸ್ತ್ಯ ನೀಡಿ ನಂತರದ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯ ರಾಜ್ಯದವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ನೀಡಲು ಯಾಕೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ? ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ structure, culture ಎರಡು ಸಹ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹೊರಗಿನವರು ಅವರ ಇಡೀ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಂಪನಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ಮಾಲಕರಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಅವರ ಆಳುಗಳಾಗಿ ಬದುಕುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬರಬಹುದು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರಕಾರಗಳು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯೇ ಅಥವಾ ದೇಶದ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯೇ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಖಾತರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. - ಹನೀಫ್ ಕೆಎ ( ಕಳೆದ ವಾರ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಬರಹ)

@@SasiKumar.mallegowdaNothing like that, in every company Kannada people are there, but you are not ready to accept, Bengaluru is a Global IT hub, so all the major IT companies are here. So people from all over India are trying to get a job here. So even if there are 15% of Kannada people that is more when compared to our 4% population. Go to any company and see how many Karnataka people there you will get more than 20%, then search for each state people and you will see Karnataka people more compared to others. Dont go on the basis of language bcz only 66% of Karnataka are Kannada people, rest have different mother tongues like telugu Tamil Urdu tulu kodava marthi konkani Malayalam beary etc. Even Bengaluru telugu and Tamil population more than 15%, not after IT boom even during Independence time before Karnataka formation. In 1951 kannada population in city was 38% and now it's 44%. State government is not only for Kannada people, it's for Karnataka people. And of companies are utilising Karnataka resources that means they are paying taxes for that. Same is used for guarantee purposes. Same for outside people who came here to work, they pay rents and all which will benifit Karnataka people only. It's better if there are 10000 companies and if it gives 10% jobs to kannadigas than 100 companies that give all the jobs to kannadigas. More companies are equal to more job opportunities, more tax, more real estate prices that will benefit local land owners. So if govt really want only Kannada people in jobs then they can build such infrastructure in cities like mysore Hubli etc. Bengaluru companies not only build from kannadigas, 90% companies built by outside people which is benefiting local people

Global warming & rise in temperatures & earthquakes & ocean water rise due to melting of north- south ice , himalayas are upcoming threats to human kind in india. But only in bengaluru there is a livable temperature even in summers we knew that. Free from natural calamities too - so all companies will stay back or more companies will come to bengaluru. Placement for kannadigas is really a good move. Giving employment for karnataka people in all sectors will make our entire karnataka to shine globally. This is a very good move by siddaramaiah. Will really appreciate him. Siddaramaiah name will remain in history of karnataka. Good.

Iam really really very happy for this decision North indians people have occupied 80% in top private companies and graduates in Karnataka are working in malls and showrooms due to rejection and more preference to outsiders
