I could not open a bank account with my EIN. Mercury for example want me to hire people from the us or generate us income with my LLC . Is there no way to get a bank account?

Never use jumpstart fillings! Waited 3 months for my EIN never received anything and after I said I want a refund the website started showing errors and I couldn’t log into my account

just formed our LLC in miami but it seems there are no options to open a business account as swiss citizen. While filling out the online form we get asked about US Phone Number and personal adress to get a Business Ink @ chase. Same with Bank of America.... anyone able to help get trough that?

Great video. Thank you So I have a question ? My brother lives in Ukraine and I am in NC USA …. I want to open a Bizz with my brother that we can do worldwide Bizz with …. Would that be an LLC ?? Also can I have an LLC with my brother ??? I want to do this as a gift for him !! At some point after the war , I want him to come to the USA and get dual citizenship. Registering the LLC with FINCEN, doesn't that just go against the whole principle of anonymity ?

Well FINCEN guards your data do clients and other governments wouldn't have access to it so it's still anonymous to an extent. You still have to share your info with banks

Hi James. I got a little issue. I opened an LLC with an EIN number. Im a foreigner and my LLC is from NM. I want to use the LLC to sell on amazon, and I need a Non Taxable Transaction Certificate, NTTC Type 2 because otherwise if I purchase products from china, I get charged with a 10% tax in my purchase. I do not have a TAX Identification number, and they are asking me for an officer. I do not have that because I do not have a employees in the US. Any advice?

AK has to Sales Tax etc. WY do has Sales Tax - If I choose WY - Who does the Sales Tax Filing . I would like to close my company in Italy, and since I live in the Philippines for more than 6 months a year, I would like to take tax residency in the Philippines, which has a territorial taxation system.
