I can never understand why you get the trolls making snide remarks on your clothing hauls , as I am of the view , you know what suits you and your body shape more than anyone I know ❤ you are always honest and the first one to say an outfit is 'not for you ' . I am 60 in a couple of weeks time and admire your sense of style , take care, and sod the bloody trolls, and please continue to do these hauls ❤xx

Pleased you gave Matalan a try and you seemed to make an excellent selection….all modelled beautifully. The dress and blouse you said you thought you would keep really suited you so well and matched your personality. Pity about the green dress….looked promising and in such a beautiful colour. Understand what you were saying about the trousers …..my knees are a matching pair to yours but, hey ho, they hold me up! What impressed me the most was the blue and white skirt! I haven’t worn skirts much for years…always dresses or trousers, but it looked lovely on you and has made me think about getting one if still available. Thank you, a lovely video.x Liz

Great haul Caroline. Personally I thought that green dress looked stunning on you. Maybe a slip underneath would help but I definitely think you should keep it. Loved the other dress and the skirt on you too❤

Caroline that patterned top has my name on it. Love it. The loose fitting dress Wow. Just me and I never usually wear dresses. Hides all my sins and would be a good length on me. Everything was so pretty and all we need now is some sunshine. That’s not asking for much is it. Lovely haul ❤

Loved this haul! I live near a Matalan and buy a lot because of their good prices. They regularly send me 20% off vouchers which is even better! I have the white shirt which I like to wear with linen trousers. Deffo going to get the blue skirt. Love your hauls xx

Great haul Caroline. I agree the dress and blouse are keepers. Such lovely colours. Very you. The prices are very good. I am like you, having stopped shopping in Matalan a few years ago. Seems to coincide with my weight gain as they didn't stock a lot of bigger sizes. Nice to know they are doing more. Will have to pop in. Take care. Wendy

Another lovely haul Caroline. I am pleased you kept the Comments on. I liked everything you wore. The colour green of the first dress suited you so much. The style was lovely but I would feel the same as you being a size 16/18 that the dress would show off my curves in the wrong way! I would reconsider keeping the blue skirt as the colour and style looked very flattering. Your choice of the floral top and smock dress were spot on. Some really good ideas for your holiday. Enjoy and have fun. As someone else has mentioned your wedge shoes looked very nice.

Good haul Caroline! Whilst I understand the green dress is not for keeps, however, the colour on camera looked gorgeous on you. Also, the broidery anglais white blouse would look great over a pair of linen trousers. Also, I love the rest .

I hear what you are saying qbout the green dress but i think its a cracking fit on the shoulders and bust and the colour is fabulous on you. Love the blouse. It looks great and very summery. Love the dress(3rd item). The print really suits you. Perfect lengtlh and what a bargain. Just LOVE the blue and white skirt. Its beautiful on you. And FYI, because of your videos over the years, i have pushed myself to try clothes i wouldnt normally. Youve kept me company on my "grumpy/low" days and ive laughed along with you on the better ones. I love your videos. And thank you for putting yourself out there. I doubt its easy to ignore the trolls/nay-sayers, but there are more of us "fans" out here that genuinely enjoy them. Oh and i love the white blouse at the end too😊❤

Yes - the third dress is perfect for you - especially like the length. Like the skirt - and the broderie top - but not together. Good haul - loved the color and the shape of the first dress too - but understand it was out of your comfort zone.

Like you, I have arthritic/chubby knees, so I often need a larger size to fit my legs, which unfortunately means it's too loose around my waist. Maybe I ought to look on line. Hey ho. Although the promise of warm weather has been forecast. It is not today it seems. Enjoy your day. Caroline you were the one that made me try different styles as i was a top and trousers person fir over 20 years. The first time i tried and wore a dress like you wear it was lovely. I agree with all you said I liked everything apart from first green dress which looked cheap to be honest.The white shirt is lovely you could wear with a Jean skirt.White is a flattering colour I find as I get older,never used to wear it much in my youth but now love white

Great haul. Matalan has been great this year. I wouldn't have picked up the blue skirt if I'd seen it in store but seeing it on, I may now give it a try as it looked lovely. I like the fact that you still try stuff on that you think won't suit you, it's helpful to other women to see how items look on, although I thought the green dress looked nice :)

The floral dress is soooo lovely on you! I think it'd be lovely with white tennis shoes, or gold trainers...or any colour in the florals. A crossbody bag will help give extra shape to your cleavage. Fantastic summer vibe!
