bought a custom matamp like 10 years ago for less than 1000€ , now these are like 2000€ but man they are so worth it ! but they are loud, even a 20w is crazy loud !

I've a 1st lady rated at 7 (clean) watts it's plenty gigable and drives 2*12 no problem on full pumps out about 18, if it says 20 it will be 20 clean before breakup.

I've an old pre cursor to this amp headroom is lush, clean Matamp's really sing my favourite guitar through it is a Fender custom EJ & low output Gibson paf on a 330. They do take a fuzz well I quite like the Rat with it

Shit sounds good don't it? Heavy music is probably an untapped market for this type of amp. I imagine a strat would be the perfect pairing for this thing but I find anything that does that well is usually the perfect pedal amp and this thing is no exception.
