ingredients:-
.200 gm green peas
.500 gm basmati rice
1 slice onion
1 tomato
5 green chilli
whole spices
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp desi ghee
1 tsp oil
ingredients for salan
1 tbsp peanut
1 tbsp season
2 tbsp coconut powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
brown onion
1 chop onion
2 chop tomato
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
chop coriander
kasoori methi
6-7 bringle
