I'm from the UK, but spent time in the US. While there I often went to Indian Groceries to get Biscuits for my tea. I also eat a lot of Asian food and a place I lived at in Ohio had a bunch of Fillipino specific groceries. I also have Nigerian roots. And the rest I could guess based on context.
