I think it would be cool if the tournament was race to 5 in the earlier brackets, race to 7 in quarterfinals, race to 9 in semifinals and race to 11 in the finals. Really give a chance for the cream to rise to the top and the fans get to see longer games of the more interesting matches

That is definitely a Lincoln. 😂What a sharp & motivated young man. Hoo-Rah little dude! I am the first Lincoln at 50 & some of the kids I grew up with named their kids Lincoln. I travel teaching the hack of pool. Automatic or simple aiming systems, paramount, forward facing or center body stance, cue grip, delivery & timing or (transition). Transition being the most fragile part of the stroke. It’s usually a direct indicator of skill along with stance. Amateurs average .4 seconds in the transition or “backswing to front swing pause, and pros average 1.2-1.6. I’d love to give him an instant improvement & simplification of his game. ALL my students instantly play much better. No “dismantling & then relearning”. Kids never holding a cue are beating me in a few hours. I’m going to also root for a Lincoln Webber next time I see him, say hey. Monica’s been one of my closer friends in pool since 1997 when she came to Arizona & my little brother played her pro friend. I’d love to give another Lincoln my clinic & repertoire. Pretty good at getting high level out of anyone & even getting pros back competitive. Keep waiting for someone to work with me the way I can with others. I’m one of the better billiard instructors I’ve ever known, but I don’t play well. Maybe after I teach you, you can teach me if you’re a Lincoln also. lol I’m a Lincoln Webber fan now buddy. Keep doing Lincoln things little homie.

I've played in Jayson's pool room a couple times. They have many signs posted that you can't do jump shots, and you have to use their gray chalk. The tables are kept very nice and clean though. He also didn't play very well in his own pool room last year. Last year it was very obvious that his mind was preoccupied with running his pool room and tournament. Hopefully this year he isn't letting that ruin his pool playing.

It hasn't been a competition for Europe in the recent years. They have to make it somewhat fun to watch for the public. This certainly worked. If the USA would give some decent competition clowning is not needed.
