Best part about the mighty Tim Pierce is no matter what he is so melodic with anything he plays. Imagine an instrumental album with these cats. Mateus' intricate rhythm combined with Tim's soulful lines. Heaven.

Far out these two need to do an album together ! Their styles blend and complement each other so well ! Tim’s playing is so smooth yet exciting ! The way he uses really subtle micro bends to link almost every note is insane 🤯 I’m not sure if that a conscious choice or whether it’s completely natural. And then there’s Asato who rarely bends notes at all yet still manages to draw them out in a really melodic way. His touch is 2nd to none and this little tune on its own was a masterclass in dynamics

I hit rewind at 55sec's a few times (like most of us did) watching & hearing Mateus's beautiful intro lick. Then I re-watched it a few times again just to watch the pleasure in Tim's face as he heard what we all heard. Beautiful moment. Thank you

The folks at Heritage Guitars are incredible. I walked their manufacturing facility in Kalamazoo and they have a handful of folks hand building their guitars. It’s a legit custom shop, made in the USA environment. A family vibe of craftsman at their stations making gorgeous guitars. Oh and you’re surrounded by mechanical machines from the Gibson era still being used. After watching everyone building these guitars by hand, it was hard not to buy one. So I did. A light blue H150.

I've been eyeing a 535 forever it seems but have only seen them online and never in the flesh. The only thing that has held me back is questions about the profile of the back of the neck. Can anybody who knows give me an honest appraisal of what the neck feels like in their hand? And that was some beautiful playing boys, every time I hear Tim Pierce, I want to slam my hand in a car door. It would be SO much easier than practicing.
