I present a device for punching various shapes in sheet metal and steel. Thanks to the exchange of punches and dies, it is possible to create holes, squares, beans, and other shapes in steel.

I was a machinist for years and never saw a four jaw chuck used so much including its use for surfacing a metal plate. Very cool. Also I haven’t seen someone chuck a square into a three jaw chuck. Changing setups on heavy equipment is interesting to watch to witness the machines versatility that is only possible with the right person using it. Your knowledge at a relatively young age is impressive. I’m curious about your background to achieve this level of experience. Thank you for sharing.

I do not know much about machining, but is it normal to have the stock so off-center? Again, I know almost nothing, but I feel like that would put a lot of stress on the lathe, plus you run the risk of it flying across the room at mach speeds.

Pamiętam jak w jednej firmie robiącej mosty stałem na prasie i wybijałem otwory też fasolki w blasze 12mm grubości, nie wiem ile prasa miala ton nacisku ale nie stękała👍

@@MateuszDoniec Mi chodziło o symbol, ja i tak kupuje osprzęty na chińskich portalach tak że szału nie ma, ale dają radę :) brakuje mi noża do obróbki zgrubnej, dlatego pytałem o symbol właśnie.

Mateusz gdzie się zaopatrujesz w takie "ładne" 🤩 kawałki grubaśnej stali? Takie w sam raz - a nie całe sztaby po kilka metrów. Mi kiedyś w hurtowni powiedzieli,że kupić to całe 6m. mogę - ewentualnie mogą przeciąć na pół,ale 3m. to minimum.

Facing the faces in the 4 jaw wasn't safe, the workpice could have ejected anytime. Bolt to a faceplate or use your mill.

turnover was very low. in addition, there are screws screwed into the detail and there is no chance of it falling out
