Had big catfish fries from fishing in the Green River,scared me to death going to the Cumberland falls😨 But loved the Mannoth cave went there for a couple school trips.☺Have relatives From W.V to Florida. I'm a Southerner, mountain AND country girl. Went to Western Kentucky University at Bowling Green. I was born at Saint Joseph hospital in Louisville Ky thank God and been to the Kentucky Derby twice.😊

I drank as lot of RC cola, Big Red cream soda, Moon pies. Went bare foot.all summer and spring, played in the woods and hollers rode my hourse through creeks. Never was afraid, came home just before dark. We grew everything we ate canned it all, had a smoke house, had mile cows and chickens for eggs, haad to help my nan churn butter. To wash clothes they had a wringer washer and a clothes line. Try prying clothes off the line when they freeze. My kinfolk was poor not even kidding. But I love the Appalachia mountains. Did have a cousin get bitten by a copperhead. But thank God she lived.(barely)
