I heard Spesh on a Fred the Godson project a year or 2 ago and was impressed. A couple weeks ago I ran across a Spesh, Sway freestyle and was highly impressed, so I looked up one of his projects. I copped 7 Shots shortly after and it really impressed me, especially the intro and the outro tracks. Dude is dope. I'm from MS, but I listen to guys like Styles, Jada, Griselda, Fred etc. heavy. It's interesting how the South "runs" hiphop, but NY got some heavily slept on lyricists.

Grew up going to a camp in upstate from Newark. I've seen a dude from Albany that was a boxer get pressed by some LES dudes and seens him kO about four dudes . Edit: Whenever the topic of top diss track comes up I never hear Masta Ace “Acknowledge” brought up. It was a diss against The High & Mighty. Regardless if they weren’t respected as MC’s, Ace is and he killed that joint. Forget being vulgar, violent and all that, Ace was lyrical all through that track . My boy needs his credit. And that Breukelen Story with Marco Polo is something SPECIAL!

Not even gon lie❗️❗️I miss hynaken and esso on the show and I miss ghost camera quality too. I’ve been subbed since January of 2022 and I’m in Seattle Washington watchin this and I’m from Florida. I never had a barbershop talking experience with all the brothas just choppin it up and I loved the chemistry y’all had it was amazin watchin this. My favorite set of videos is when y’all did a tribute to Kayslay (Rest In Peace) because I got to see how significant it meant to y’all and I felt like I was in the room when y’all was damn near sheddin tears I was abouta start cryin too😭 💯.
