I have to admit as much as I love Matthew Miller aka Matisyahu this screams new age spirituality to me and it doesn’t hit like his old stuff where he genuinely sang of God with great reverence. I was saved from NAS and came to realize it is a counterfeit since there is only one creator and one God who’s name is YHWH. Whose son Yeshu or Jesus came to give us freedom from death and eternal separation. I’m praying for your soul Matisyahu!

Only it's not their land, Arabs did not settle in the region until the 7th century. The Canaanites were the indigenous people of the Levant (modern day Israel) and the Canaanites have ZERO connection to Palestinian Arabs. The Israelites bumped the Canaanites out of the land after the exodus from Egypt. Now who you deem an actual Israelite descendent is much more complicated.
