⁠@@Sac-chanIt’s a VRAM issue. In the game settings there’s a slider for Extended Texture Budget that allows you to allocate more VRAM for the game. Initially it’s set to the lowest by default. She (and a lot of others) don’t seem to know about this feature hence why you see their game glitching out from time to time.

Similarly, her last VCR GTA stream has 4.4K likes to 300 something dislikes. Her last stream, which is the mocopi stream as the time of this writing has 3K~ likes against 100~ dislikes. The similar thing goes for her other, recent streams. I think OP is exaggerating.
