This week's guest is Matt Choi. I first interviewed Matt a very long time ago (it may have been less than a year ago, but it feels like forever), but we lost that interview to technical difficulties. Im happy to have him back on to help me round out AANHPI month.

I only "know of" Matt Choi through Ko vids and discussions in KRC. But have to say he's very engaging to listen to, and he's very good at word choice and providing context in a succinct manner. I also hope he gets to do the Korean trail soon - that sounds like such an amazing journey ,both in athletics and in connecting with his culture/roots. This was a fun interview.

Haha…no one can top Jonny Kim..Navy Seal, doctor and now astronaut…love Asian moms…my mom wanted me to be an officer in the military…instead I teach 🤷🏻‍♀️
