This has inspired me to make a rival party consisting of 5 dragonborn named _The Steel Scale Pact_ Their leader, a red dragonborn who is secretly a polymorphed adult red dragon, yields them limitid political immunity in the city and the Pact has established a reputation in the city's arena where they kill monsters that would otherwise have harassed the population, so they have some public support too. I wonder how my party will face this threat.
