I didn’t actually know much about Chris Tucker before ‘Air’ but was blown away by his performance in this film. Now I know he scripted most of his own lines, I’m even more impressed.

I'm not Chris Tucker's biggest fan. I often find him irritating more than entertaining. I am impressed, though, when I see an actor not break character. Instead of allowing the pain of hitting the corner of a desk with his leg, he just carries on, making a common occurrence in any office part of the scene. Very professional.

This is such BS, Nike was so huge before Air Jordan's they made jokes in movies about it, in fact major plot lines in movies about how popular Nike was.

You could argue that, sure. However, they weren't big in basketball. Before MJ their stock price was stagnant. In 1984 when they signed Jordan their stock price was 14 cents. By 1997 their stock price had increased to ~$7. It was a ten thousand percent increase.
