I thought that at first, too, but he wasn’t actually calling them a name. He said “who’s becoming a handicap” meaning they’re a disadvantage or hindrance to themselves or to the other team.

It was likely recorded off an HTV Wales broadcast, as this video was posted by the guy on the right, and we learnt Mike and Matt were attending a school in Bridgend.
