Well, one dictionary definition of 'handle' starts with 'to feel or manipulate'. So.he's right in that sense. Seeing Hancock say he handled the pandemic is like watching someone handle toilet paper with wet hands. Sure, you are technically 'handling' it...but the result is always going to be messy.
