Somebody bought one at my stable. It only fit my horse so yes it is an ab workout. I got to practice awhile but never got to use it. I admit it was really fun and felt death defying. Have fun Matt

I STILL don't understand how that works, with men- where do they put it, haha? I mean, from what I understand, they'd either be sitting on it, or it would be in front getting bumped like my crotch did before I could follow the canter, haha - my boyfriend says they just tuck it out of the way - I still don't understand!

I'm sure that would take some getting used too!! Not for me. If I lived back in the day that women had to ride side saddle, I would have rebelled and said " I ain't no lady! I'm wearing breeches and ridin' like the guys!!!
