Jennifer Garner (Daredevil, TV's "Alias") and Mark Ruffalo (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) star in this hilarious flash-forward romance about a pre-teen girl who goes from geek to glamorous. I like this movie bc it's realistic that Matt didnt call off his wedding bc they both went separate ways for 17 yrs...and Jenna (the one who broke his heart) realized she f- uped and ONLY a miracle from God was the only solution....amazing script...that last scene when Matt confesses his love but couldn't break Wendy's heart was amazing...

Right? Thank you. Matt is a huge jerk who led Jenna on and made her think that he liked her. Then when she tells him that she loves him, he gives her this weak speech about how important his fiance is to him. Prick.

She was his crush since they were young and her coming back with the same spirit as he always remembered her, revived those memories and feelings. Coming back to his fiancé was for him the right thing do so he can forget her
