Matt McCabe testifies Karen Read called his wife screaming in the early hours following the party. He said he saw Read's SUV move at least 3 times in front of the house the night of the party. He said he did NOT see a 6'2" man lying on the lawn.
Prosecutors allege Read hit O’Keefe with her car and left him to die in the snow. But Read’s defense team says she never hurt O’Keefe and that she is being framed by the true killers, who may have been inside the house where his body was found.

After watching Judge Boyce in Idaho, Judge Dorrow and Judge Mrazik...this judge should be ashamed. She has no clue and is so biased it's unreal. She should go watch how the others conduct themselves. Gone are the days of no eyes from outside watching lady. Hold these judges accountable and vote sensibly and smartly when the time comes.

SISTERS,BROTHERS and their children - not really alot of people and all related - NO ONE WITNESSED A CRIME and there are no witnesses outside of their social circle - NOT ONE. Both McCabes acted aloof toward both Karen and John in spite of their acting like they were friends. You don’t blame your friend and act annoyed bc your friend is upset over her boyfriend missing and then finding him the way she did. And a friend doesn’t refer to his deceased friend as “the guy” - Karen Read said it best when she calls this prosecution a JOKE - a very un-funny joke- sad joke

I feel like they submitted into evidence ,( if aunt Bev let them 🙄🙄) the previous text literally said "Proctor" who was the investigator. But of course the judge called side bars and breaks between so I feel like it even flustered Yanetti. The final question should have been, "didn't you name Proctor in your previous text" instead of "did I ask you any of that" ? But the bottom line is, This judge is playing defense for the McAlberts and burying the lead.

When he was running for Selectman last year Chris Albert intentionally hid from voters the fact that he was a convicted felon who killed a man in 1994 when he was 22 years old, and served 6 months in prison for it. Albert led State Police on a 30 hour manhunt after rear ending a car on I-95 in Attleboro and killing the driver Peter Berger at 3 AM before fleeing the scene. Passenger Peggy Lau survived. Berger was a 23 year old exchange student attending Johnson and Wales, and was described as “one of the top students in the MBA honors program.” Peter had a bright future ahead of him which was stolen from him by Chris Albert. He would be 54 years old today, and possibly have a family of his own. To make matters worse Berger’s parents couldn’t travel across the world to grieve him, and had to send their younger son instead.

This judge is unbelievable! Unfortunately, I’m not surprised by any of the corruption allegations. I live in Massachusetts and all of these towns are the same! Law enforcement can basically do whatever they please! I’ve heard all stories regarding my local PD, from back in the day! It’s unbelievable! I can’t imagine the jury convicting KR with this, and if she ever was to be convicted; absolutely grounds for appeal! If you have followed this from the beginning than you know exactly where I coming from with this! There is no way a jury will convict her! I’m from the south and I can’t believe how much lack of respect there is in the courtroom. The Judge sighs, chuckles and apologizes to the Jury because she feels the proceedings are taking to long. The witnesses seem to be very arrogant and haughty. Very, very odd

Bias Bev never wants to give the jury anything that the defense thinks is valuable. She let in that bogus screen shot of texts from Caitlin to Collin (everyone knows on an iPhone it will show the new month and day for any text after midnight) but not a third party culprit in opening😒😒🤦🏽‍♀️
