What i like about him is that he treats everybody equally He'll make fun of someone with a disability the same way as he would a normal person Because he VIEWS THEM as a normal, functioning HUMAN, and treats them as such. That's a better way to get respect than anything ive ever seen.

also around the 14:00 - 15:00 joke part of the story about the girl who has THAT "guy friend" - there is NO SUCH THING as a GUY BEST FRIEND once you're in a relationship. cuz as Matt's talking about the girlfriend going to "best friend male" complaining about the relationship - i know this for a fact due to an experiment i did after i got cheated on earlier in my life, that the pain drove me to want to KNOW what it was like to "be the guy that the girl cheats on with" as in "what's it like to BE the OTHER GUY." and its 10000000% easier to be the guy friend cuz as he states, yes, the girlfriend will quite literally tell you EVERYTHING he needs to "play the part" - even if its just as simple as "not being the boyfriend" as well as the arguing, now you know what NOT to fight about or topics to NOT bring up. and yes, unironically, guys CAN have a female friend even while he's in a relationship. now he CLAIMS its cuz she's "ugly" but that's not true. perhaps it woulda been better worded as "she's my best friend but i honestly don't find her attractive" internally. that's just me. a female now has to be just as beautiful inside as she is outside. see, my best friend in life, he's basically family, and his girlfriend is essentially my best female friend and she's NOT "ugly" by traditional standards, but to ME, she's legit just a bro to me, an extension of HIM and HIS friendship; i will NEVER view her as a female, beyond the fact she's the MOTHER of his son, HIS woman, HIS love, etc so on and so forth; but to me she's just the "female" broski in my life. we get along talking bout coding/computer stuff and he trusts me to come over to their house while she's there cuz he KNOWS that i would NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS EVEN THINK OF HERTHAT WAY OR EVEN TRY - EVEN IF SHE tried to put the moves on ME, i'd instantly shut it down no matter the situation. for one, i prefer his friendship/being my one and only brother than getting a hook up with a woman who is the mother of my godchildren, woman of my brother from another mother. idk how else to explain it, besides there's NO sexual attraction, NO physical attraction, just brother-sister, since she's a female dating my best friend who in my eyes and my parents' eyes is a brother/family, by extension she's also family, as well as his two lil boys. and they know that. my gf knows it and she's fine and understands cuz shes a traditional old school woman from the Philippines and knows I would NEVER do that to her, much less with that female... honestly, it would feel like being with a dude... cuz thats how my mind feels bout her, she's a female dude if that makes sense, she's "one of the bros" in my heart. cuz i do got "love" for her only for the simple fact that he loves her truly and has a family with her; i have NOT seen him this happy since i've met him decades ago. i'm so happy for him cuz he truly deserves it... he's had such a hard life and if she makes it easier and makes him happier then i'll do anything/everything to help keep them together and work out anything. just like whenever they'd argue and he'd run off into the night saying he "might not come back" aka self-delete, she'd call ME in the middle of the night , balling her eyes out saying PLS CALL HIM / PLS GO FIND HIM, and i wouldn't hesitate; that's my brother... lastly, when it comes to female friends, IF she EVER oversteps the boundaries and disrespects my woman and what me and and my woman have together then i'm going to be obligated to say something harsh enough to get her to properly fk off and NEVER talk to me that way again and if she survives that and stays in her lane, then she MIGHT be able to continue being my friend IF my woman decides it. depending on how far it goes will depend on the severity. other times it might simply just be a block and done. going back to women though, that guy trying to be your "best friend" or "like a brother" - nah, he's trying EVERYTHING IN THE BOOK to try to get in your pants. period. full stop. end of. cuz what i learned from my 3 year "experiment" - it's infinitely more easy to get laid by a taken girl than having a 1 night stand with a single girl. i could NOT tell you the science/math behind it... but major part of it has to be simply because i'm not her bf, and she's bored with it, along with the fact im doing all the things he's NOT doing that she's whined bout him NOT doing on top of DOING the things she WANTS from him but he's NOT DOING, so i'd do that; it would literally be "do what she's crying he doesn't do, and don't do the thing she's crying bout him not doing" and obviously bring the heat. so yeah... it's EXTREMELY different between men n women

2:55 idk if this is just part of the joke or not, about your grandpa being alone for 15 yrs - living alone and what not.... lucky you, being able to go visit him and stay with him... my papa passed away over 2 yrs ago just 2 weeks before christmas. he was my hero and it has NOT been the same sense..... not at all. haven't even begun to accept that he's gone... its not fair. it feels like he's not gone but he is... i'd give anything to have him call me up and argue over something silly. that's how much i miss him being alive... it sucks to much. instead its my gma who is living semi-alone, she has a nurse that stays during the day for the most part, and she refuses to get hearing aids and all she's known is life with my papa. she did work at the old library once upon a time, before they built the knew one she had retired and just lived the stay-at-home-wife life. mother of 3 children, my dad's the first born/oldest, then my uncle, and then my aunt. i'll never forget the day i heard my oldman come home, i could just TELL by the way he entered the house, the way he opened and closed thee door and his walk was so different.... i could just tell. further more, i feel like my uncles ole lady might've intentionally poisoned him from his medicine (he was giving liquid morphine to have in his IV drip bag in his hospice bed at home) and she is a nurse so she would know how to make it look like it was just the cancer. i fully understand he's been fighting cancer for years upon years if not decades. i remember visiting him a few times during his home-made hospital bed that they put in the living room at his house since my gma stayed in the living room with him... and he was fine until one day, SOMETHING BIG had changed... he could NOT keep a train of thought, he looked genuinely "high" like if someone who has never done pain killer pills or went skiing on heroin hills... if you follow me. he couldn't recognize me, could barely speak, could barely move and ppl tried to tell me it just was the cancer spreading and to this day i refuse to believe it cuz one day he was 100% PEFECTLY "fine" in terms of having cancer/being in a hospice bed at home... he was at least capable of talking on the phone and carrying on a conversation in person. knew who i was and all. then the very next time i saw him (either the VERY NEXT DAY or DAY AFTER) he started to look like i described, someone OD'ing from too much morphine in his medicine drip... and uncle's ole lady was there during that time. usually it was my dad who stayed with my papa, even before it came time for hospice, he was expected to help papa and gma while my uncle and aunt didn't chip in anything at all and it caused a LOT of rift between my dad and uncle. but more so betweenmy dad and our family and my uncles ole lady. cuz i swear and i've even brought up my concerns that i think she intentionally OD'd im but even though my dad HATES her, he said 'no it was the cancer' - and i just... can't accept it.
