Ive been following the Wim Hoff challenge and its amazing the affects it has on the body having a cold bath everyday and doing the breathing techniques that he recommends. I tried doing it the other day and literally got in and straight out, so next time I think Ill start myself off in a cool shower and the. get in lol... Well, I am still going for the slow detox at room temperature. Ice baths are known to result in bone/joint/muscle problems down the road.
