I'll say this: if you sit down to noodle, hit record on your phone, coz you WILL stumble across some beautiful phrases that you'll wish you could listen back on lol I've come up with some lovely stuff while zoning out with my uke. My mother's ringtone for a while was an elegant little ditty I came up with in an early noodling session. I don't remember the chords now but it's pretty.

This was lovely Mat. Great lesson. A lot of players who are trying to get away from strumming along to songs (like me) will get heaps of ideas from this.
