Simply outstanding Manuel, you have not only accomplished true mastery in composition but also that of lighting and in colour matching on completing finished results thats more than ideal for any big screen film production! 👍👏👏

Where do you find your images for this? e.g. the sky in the backgrounds
@ManuelBergamini3 жыл бұрын
By purchasing photo packs on photobash.org, gumroad ecc, or single photos like the ones you get on texture.com. Sometimes I use my own pictures taken with a dslr camera

Hi Manuel, I find your work on the Blade Runner 2049 Archives really impressive. I would like to know, if possible, what technique you used to recreate the quadrant of light found on the left wall of the image. I think the result is really spectacular and I would like to know how you managed to get there! Thank you!

Hey, it’s made up of a physical sky that casts the main light through a hole in the wall, and some hand placed lights to enrich the bounce effect.

Matte 'Painting' ?? I missed the painting bit....

First two where like 90% Modeling 10% Painting, guess it still falls under the category of Matte painting, but it's about the same amount the average 3D artist has to do when polishing up their renders. Not a critique, just thought it was funny, looks great nonetheless!
