That's the way a question is supposed to be asked. It is asked to learn the answer. So many people today are so arrogant they don't care what the answer is. They talk over the answer and they learn nothing. They also do not advance in knowledge or career.

Those who make fun of the word Dimension...must consider this. Dimension is deeper than just a direction. It adds a new kind of possibility. Just think going from a point to a line...how much is possible! From a line to a plane...another dimension gets added. From a plane to a cube. I Love Sadhguru he helps keep me calm in a daily. When he speaks it's so calm and he puts a picture in your mind to make life with more simple. Science to me just has become a headache. Simplicity is key , we should have all stayed childlike and never been influence by the people in the world. I'm not saying that ppl are bad it's just , we should have just been left alone. @sam peres both to be honest. I am experiencing shifts in spirit mind and body plus learning to apply what we learn during the course. I am able to pause reaction to external people, places and things. Be in the now moment and act conscience rather than compulsively .. if that makes sense 🙏🏾🎁✨

I appreciate these two fantastic people. Thank you for this video Matthew talks about having to return his consciousness to the every day world after meditation and spiritual experience. I want to share how I overcame that dichotomy. By trying to accept myself whatever state I’m in and continue to work on my problems and shortcomings with patience. It’s I suppose a kind of surrender. I think the hardest lesson is the one of self-love & trying to practice that every day. With forgiveness and keeping my thoughts pure with practice. I know everyone is a beautiful soul and I love you all 💗

It's interesting how ignorant/lost we in the west are. India is eons ahead of their time when it comes to spirituality. Look at the Gita, the vedanta for example. The West is so close minded and narrow. Hearing Sadhguru is a flash back of listening to my mother teaching and lecturing me through out my life.

India does have a lot of rich history but the close mindedness exists here just as much, if not more, and its really sad to think how much of this vast knowledge lies unexplored. It may seem obvious that most people here must be closer to spirituality and its funny coz that is simply not true. Sadhguru has been a big eye opener for us all really.

It took me 5 hours to watch this ... So I could pause it right down what they were saying and let it go again.... Definitely worth it I'm the medicine woman for my tribe and I appreciate your having your conversation publicly... I've been working on a book and this has been extremely helpful... Also going to show it to my 13-year-old daughter I have been trying to explain to her in a way she would understand why Einstein called the Christian Bible the product of the weakness of man..
