lol, you know nothing about picking girls. He was the one who ran into her, then scanned her with his eyes(alpha male) and forced her to introduce herself. After this point she feels comfortable AND safe. Then, a few more words and says "Leaving"(notice, he didnt ask but order), separating her from the herd(friends, noise...). Bonus: Answer correctly the women's always first question: "What do you do for living?" Notice his confidence and the key word "jewellery". He probably had trainned that sentence in front of a mirror.
