It ain't karaoke if you're only singing along with the artist!

Karaoke means empty orchestra, in this app you will not get music without the lead vocals ,but only added text to the song verry nice programming but no Karaoke

The one I like the most is Moseca. You can sing with the real backing track and even singalong with the artist. You feel part of the band

This is a Good tool for a home sing-a-long to learn new songs. I am looking for an app that can play MP3/CDG file format.

I really enjoyed using headset with microphone from Ez Voice because I love singing.

another alternative may be to use my Bluetooth headphones as a mic (wirelessly) connected to my iphone, and feed from my iphone into the mixer. ideas for a hack? Thanks much

You can KZfaq as karaoke or to sing along with lyrics and avoid the multiple apps

Or you could just download an app that has lyrics feature

Maybe to be clearer, I have purchased a Bose L1 with base module, ect.....I want to hook the iPad to my Bose system, (which I can easily do) but I want it to be like karaoke, just my voice......

I'm still not clear on the answer you gave Von....I have the same question. I am interested in this to sing out as a solo act, but I don't want to "sing along" with the artist.....is it like karaoke? Just background music?

Hi Von, Thanks for this great advice. My application is a little different and I wonder if you may have an idea. I play music, through a PA or a stereo, and need to have my voice coming through too. I am hoping that this app will do it? I use an iphone or ipad - also a mcbook pro. Currently, I use laptop with iTunes, and a separate Lavalier mic - just stolen - hence the new approach!
