People talk about how we're not simulated cause why would our creator let us figure out we're simulated? But even in Sims the characters KNOW they've been simulated. They wave at us asking for things. Maybe we're just programmed to become self aware and figure it out. Maybe they're looking for THE ONE who could be the kinda artificial intelligence they're looking for. This is why we should never limit ourselves. It might be funny but when I think about this theory, suddenly I'm not afraid of death anymore. It's fun to think about how each one of us could be under study for a greater goal.

Just think about it.. “we’re lucky to have a perfect world.” We’re not lucky there are trillions of planets that are uninhabitable it’s only natural that some ARE. Also I’ve always thought that aliens can be born to deal with other conditions. Such as -200c.. so aliens can technically live on any planet as long as life has evolved to deal with the conditions, such as us.

Yo, Matt, think about this - If this life is in fact an honest and true simulation, then where are we as we are inside the simulation? As in, outside the simulation, what is the true world like? Are we still living in the same world and living life with a computed counterpart, or are we in that same situation like in the film Surrogate? If and when we wake up, where do you think we will be? Is it the future? Is there a reason we were put inside of a simulation or some form of computer-generated reality? Also, would it explain why there is no actual or real fact of where space is? If we live in a universe, in a galaxy, in a solar system, on one of the planets in said solar system, then where do they all exist, exactly? If there is no outside of space, then how did it come into being? You never know: What is believed to be a genuine reality, perhaps it is made for us to dismiss theories and conspiracies because we were programmed to, but my opinion is that we don't have a computer-generated environment that we live in. Even if we did, how would it all be monitored for the population of the planet that would likely all be living in the same simulation whilst some higher-power individuals monitor it all?

When Apollo 13's line "Houston we have a problem" changed to "Houston we've had a problem" and back to "Houston we have a problem" I was convinced this world is not what we think it is. There was even an article stating that as a famously misquoted line. Guess that article is now void.

In response to those who thinks that because we can think we're in a simulation, think about this. because we're advanced enough to create our own simulations, we're therefore smart enough to figure it out. The simulator didn't expect us to be smart enough to smart enough to figure everything out, but because we've evolved so much, we've now gotten to the point of higher intelligence. With how exact rules of the universe and physics are, it's impossible that all of this could have arisen from no higher intelligence. And the fact that we all inanely look for the meaning of life, or the reason for the creation of the world/people, shows that there must be something much higher controlling this. Just like we can't be so self involved to think that we're the only planet with conscious beings, we can't think that there aren't smarter beings above us

Déjà vu is really annoying. Usually I will have a dream about something and then it will happen a couple of months later and it confuses the hell out of me. My latest dream that I remember (nothing has happened yet) was that I somehow tipped my forklift over twice in one shift.. with the way that I operate, that would never happen. I just hope that whoever gets trained up and starts soon doesn't somehow tip one of our trucks over. The racking in our place is just over 11 metres high and it would be devastating if someone knocked it over. The chance of survival is slim if that goes. We've not had much luck lately with new starters because they either leave after a week (even though the job is pretty easy and chilled out most of the time) or they get sacked because they've dropped a pallet whilst it's been in the air due to incompetence on their end 🙄

Matt. How did you miss quantum mechanics? What better way to explain quantum tunneling and things only getting a value when we look at it than we are a simulation? What about how light acts differently depending on whether or not you are looking at it? These are only the tip of the iceberg. The hole goes deeper.
