Why can’t we favorite any individual sound from our expansion kits ?? Not just plug in presets!! We all have thousands of kicks snares high hats stabs Ect it would be nice to be able to make categories folders and favorite wav files.

At least favorite folders and then be able to find the samples in sounds mode, would already help a ton. Or am I missing something?

Maybe, just create a project with all the stuff you like, and use it like a template; start all new projects from that preferred model, and save each with a new name.

Can you rearrange your samples on pads yet or how do you do it in general? I would like to switch my kick from pad a15 to a1 which would be a kick and perc sound being traded

On the Main screen there is a pencil icon bottom right corner. Push that and you will see PAD COLOR in the Edit Menu.

They should let us record with the xy on one and two out they need to add that it sucks just playing with it can't actually record

Also, they don’t allow you to browse 3rd party VST’s when you save then in the quick browse menu. Still can’t save VST presets and scroll thru them like stock presets. They refuse to make this easy.

ive watched quite a few vids on this update but noone seems to show if you can cycle through and PREVIEW the drum kits from the sounds page BEFORE you load it up like in the old browser?

There is no way to preview before loading up that I have seen. It is very easy to load up and test the sounds, since it loads the program onto the current track. If you don't like the sounds you can just press undo to quickly clear them from the sample pool.

Is this the 2.11.3 update? Or is it just 2.11? I heard that some people we're going back to the 2.11 update, but I didn't even know there was a 2.11.3 update, is this true, and why we're they going back to the 2.11 update if this is even true? I'm just hesitating to update it for this reason...SBN RESONATE

Have had any issues with is splice? Mine doesn’t work anymore.

Yes, SPLICE was an issue that was addressed by another KZfaqr.

How do you purge unused samples now, because the save option has disappeared from the main page.

There is a computer chip icon you can press at the top right to purge unused samples.

nobody is showing viewers how to save and the functionality of project save project as audio download. it was a lot easier before ..it was simple to explode wave mp3 etc

Favourites only for Plugin Presets??? Why? Is the MPC really transforming so far away from a Sampling Device? I like the Plugins, don’t misunderstand me, but i trink Akai has lost the Focus a bit… (Selling Plugins for 150 Bucks… Phuuuu 🤔🙄) (Sry for my English…)
