Remembering the time my brother helped me move. By accident he threw my notebook s in the bon fire. I saw it happen, ran over and pulled them out of the fire. My hands didn’t get burned , my hair didn’t catch fire ( it was long) . When you said ashes that reminded me of this. Still hoping I find those note books my songs!

Pain in my hip … needing hip replacement , having a lot of pain . Is helping me understand people getting hooked on narcotics. Not only emotional , could be severe physical pain. They give nightmares I don’t take them. Ileagal on street , doctors prescribed them . But I understand how people get so addicted to them. !😢
