I got caught with that one time , it's REAL nasty , like you said if you pull out of it , your actually arm baring yourself! UNLESS like you said blast in a little at least to get the elbow to bend in the right direction that it was designed for! lol being said get the elbow bend avoiding the attack and try wriggle free of the your opponents technique , then move on , good one Matt! the key is trapping that wrist and hand against our ribs , without that you have nothing
