so many memories, found him while searching for canon D songs back in 2007, its been 14 years and still manages to evoke the sentiment of nostalgia that time waits for nobody and it embodies a perfect definition of a god, does not care for your existence nor does it matter if you live or die, time just keeps on going its own way, regardless. It is your job to make best of this trip, for your own sake. just enjoy life m8. Im 33 now, hope everyone enjoys this song as much as they enjoy their life.

I remember when this was brand new and still love it. When my wife and I got married in 2019 she wanted Cannon in D minor to walk down the isle. I snuck this version in to play at the end as we all exited, and it was a glorious transition!

I can remember when all this started. I'm 49 now. If I remember I heard I think the chap was called Jerry C playing this first. Correct me if I'm wrong . But I preferred this version. So much going on in it. I keep coming back to listen to it. I brings back memories of what I was doing and past friends and starting to play guitar 🎸. Best days .

This was the first Canon I ever heard as a kid, my cousin introduced the .mp3 version of it to me as some BGM in NBA matches. Until years later I learned about the name of this song and found this video. Now after watching every version of Canon with every instrument on the Internet I can safely say this is still the best.

Merry will respect the person 先生(teacher in English) who described the comment. Since he has confidence of his mother language then he expressed his impressions in Japanese. We should have confidence in Mother language Japanese and do as he did. In the near future there will be some possibility that some students will learn Japanese. However we on the earth can sympathize the sound of instruments since the sound generated by instruments is common language in the world.

I remember seeing this guy way back when he put up My Canon Rock around 2007. I was just floored by that, I told my friend who was watching it with me then that this kid was better than Steve Vai, whose signature guitar he was playing in that video. Then today I saw Sungha Jung come up in my feed playing that same song and I remember that was the song so I was able to look him up again. What an incredible player this kid was and he is now. He was born to play. Incredible. Glad you are still putting up videos.

Hey @MattRach I’m such huge fan of this. I like watch this a few times a year for more than a decade now. Still amazes me every time. I wish you can add this kind of spin to the great classics from Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn, Vivaldi. I’m sure Pachelbel is proud of this version.
