Hi Matt and Andrea, I have this Motorhome and it is great. The space is well laid out and for us, it wooks out great. I only have one dislike and that is the window over the master bed. I wish it was a headboard. You guys are great and keep bringing us more fresh prespectives to the RV community!.

our king bed also has a window for a headboard. and honestly i pack the pillows so the pillows act as a headboard. and when i'm laying in bed and i want to see the beautiful trees 🌲 and view of the campground it's a beautiful feeling to have the view all around me, Not really bad, once you get used to it.

Andrea, I agree, the valances and backsplashare ADORABLE! Also, I love the face that you didn't make!

I LOVE the floorplan! My main dislike about most motorhomes is the living, dining, and kitchen are often all one area. This really feels like the living room is separate and I dig that. You can be in the kitchen and not in the way if someone is watching TV or vice versa. Really, my only dislikes were the same as both of yours. And I was pleasantly surprised by the price!

Fantastic layout. I am in the exploratory stages of purchasing my first RV and Matt and Andrea have given me so much piece of mind that I am doing the right thing. I plan to full time and I am addicted to these videos. Thank you all so much!!!

Liked the bed staying flat with the slide outs in and I'd prefer a window to a headboard. It would be great to able to stay in bed and see the view. Glad that Andrea has finally found some adorable valances!

I agree with Andrea about the backsplash and the valances, and that's unusual for me. Most RVs would want to take the valances down completely or re-cover them with a fabric I didn't hate. These are actually cute.

This motor home is almost a WINNER!!!!! Love the color of the decor, the awesome valances, the 2 way fridge, the propane cooktop with oven, the theater seating, the TV position and the bed that can be used with the slide in👍👍👍Unfortunately, the campside slide makes sitting outside under the awning a pain in the butt👎

I like it. Likes: two awnings, pass thru storage, pantry, bath and half, king bed, Dislikes: drop down bunk over driver area, window where headboard should be (deal breaker), agree with yall about the pull DOWN storage drawers, exterior tv location.

I like the layout, and the consistency between the honeycomb backsplash and valances. I had to laugh at you for being cold and it's 70 degrees. Here in NC today, the high was 46 and my son and I, who are originally from New England were saying how perfect the weather was and loving the cool (not cold) temperature! If it never got above 50, we'd be in heaven!

As soon as you used the two words together, "Jensen TV" I realized that this was a low end RV. Like Andrea, I hated the cabinets, they looked unfinished. The stowage under the dinette seemed impossible to utilize completely. The MSRP seems a little high for the unfinished appointments in this RV. Thanks for sharing thought it helps to see the "other side" of things when looking for what's perfect for us.

The reason Andrea likes the valences is because they pickup the motif of the backsplash. And YEAH the valance doesn’t go down the sides and block your shoulder space.

Perfect floorplan! Even with the slides in, the entire coach is accessible and USABLE! Putting the fridge at the front is brilliant! Andrea is absolutely right, the honeycomb valances and backsplash are adorable! Beautiful coach!!

Having the bed go under the top cabinets when the slides are in is a winner! I'm surprised we don't see it more often, but that's the best solution for getting a longer bed. You lose a small amount of storage space in the lower drawers or cabinets, but it's worth it for an 80" long bed.

The shower dome is a nice change from the usual.

Love the mid-entry and front-end kitchen. Would absolutely love to see this floorpan concept in a diesel pusher!

Am I the only one who doesn't need a headboard? I really don't care about those kinds of esthetic things, and if it was real hot out, I'd rather have another window to open. I would say one dislike is that there aren't drawers under the wardrobes in the bedroom and that there isn't storage under the bed. Also, since I'm never a fan of any dinette, I dislike that too. I DO love the bigger fridge. I wish my current RV fridge was that size! I also like the counter top size in the main bathroom. Oh, and I love the big pantry in the kitchen!

Hi Matt and Andrea, Love your videos and this was a really interesting RV. I wonder if you could start sitting across from each other at the booth dinettes. I think it would help with seeing the available leg room and table size:) Likes: 1. Love the large fridge! 2. The cockpit is really well laid out with the large screen angled towards the driver. 3. I like that the booth is on the passenger side. 4. I like all the windows on the passenger side. Dislikes: 1. Prefer to have less counter space behind the toilet in the half bath so that the toilet could be moved farther back and away from the sink. 2. Only one small window by the sink on the driver's side. For guests in the back, their view would be restricted to only one side. 3. I would also prefer a headboard, rather than the window in the bedroom.

I think the cabinet doors above the seats were installed upside down, when you consider the the cabinet door above the sink has the handle on the bottom and opens up and I assume the cabinet above the entry door is the same as the kitchen, handle on bottom and opens up.

I love that the valences match the back splash. (I don't know if I spelled that right.)

Agree adorable! However, the backsplash should go all the way up to the bottom of the cabinets. That half backsplash looks half finished. Love the design though. The things I do not like about this one is the way the cabinets open down. Many of us are short and hard to get into the cabinets them selves. Rather have a headboard. A big one is needing larger night stands for c-paps. Love the layout and the about of storage. Love the colors.

I love that the valances match the backsplash but I wish the backsplash went up all the way and ended, on the left, where the stove ends. That makes my OCD go wacko! I love the king bed, the entertainment seats, and the 2 bathrooms. Besides the position of the backsplash, I don't like the doors under the dinette and the bedroom window, too.

The kitchen and dinette are on the correct side, you get to overlook your site while eating.

Holy Sh#t! That's a great MSRP! Loved the Floorplan. Bigger fridge would be nice but really can't complain about anything else inside. The passenger slide and TV location does suck but with a cobalt paint job, I'd buy it.

Need more drawers and less cabinets, agree window behind bed isn’t a good option. Great view. Really enjoy watching your videos.

Likes: 1. The cockpit area combo’d with the mid-entry. The cockpit looks very modern in comparison to the Class C Ford chassis. The mid-entry keeps the entry accessible when the over the cockpit bunk is down. 2. The pantry with the slide out shelves. 3. The convection microwave oven & a conventional oven. 4. The ample counter space in the master bath. 5. The swivel driver/passenger seats; always nice to have the extra seating. 6. The cup holders in the dinette table; keeps the mess down while driving. Dislikes: 1. I don’t hate the electric/propane refrigerator, I just prefer the residential refrigerator. I’m combo’ing this with the propane stove, I’d prefer the induction cooktop. 2. I like the “coffee bar” but it’s lacking a plug-in for the coffee maker…..not a very thoughtful design. 3. The pull down cabinet doors. 4. The seat in the shower, it takes up a lot of real estate. If they were to move it under the shower-head it wouldn’t be so bad. Overall this is a very nice motorhome and the layout is phenomenal. Thanks for another great review!! The USTEPS ladder isn’t ideal for getting on/off the roof; the factory mounted ladder is much safer for doing so.

Love the new floorplan. Love the space and storage in kitchen areas. The walk thru while slides are in is wonderful. Agree with the dislikes, however as much as I love the power heated recliners I woul rather have the sofa bed. My family is not getting younger so would need that. I may have missed it but did not see a catch and return net on the over the driver bed??? That would be a big need 🤣😂

Love this RV. Don't like the way the cabinet open. I short that just making harder for me to reach in. Don't like the window over the bed. Don't like the sink I rather have farmer sink. Love the fridge. Love all the cupboards and storage spaces. Just love this unit. 👍👍👍👍

Hi. OMG I was hoping you would do this RV floor plan. My dislikes are #1- the hot water heater....it needs to be a tankless hot water heater. #2 - solar panel should be standard. #3 - needs power towers in both the kitchen and coffee hutch areas. My likes are #1 - the floor plan. #2 - the half bath's door opens the correct way especially when traveling. #3 - combo washer/dryer.

Thanks for showing another Georgetown GT5! I would love to see a 31L5 if you can find one. I am confused about one thing… the Forest River Georgetown web site and brochure shows that the GT5 comes standard with a 115W solar panel and controller, but there wasn’t a panel on the roof of the one that you reviewed and I don’t remember seeing the controller on the inside.

Agree with y’all on the dislikes, I’m going to add combo washer/dryer, our opinion they’re useless, prefer stackable washer and dryer. Also overhead bunk, not a fan of them. Agree with y’all on the likes👍👍

Likes: 1) Floor Plan...Kitchen forward good use of space in kitchen, dining and living area 2) King Size Bed usable with slides in Dislikes: 1)Cabinet doors swinging down (I see them easily getting broken) 2) Combo Washer/Dryer (stackable would be better) 3) lack of drawers in bedroom = wasted space, under the dinette too. 4) Poorly designed outdoor space Overall I think it is a good start. Fix those things and make it available in diesel and I would add it to my list of possibles.

Great segway into your sponcer. The stock ladder is close to the body. I would kick the (you know what) out of that bumper when trying to go up or down. I have never been a fan of floorplans with the fridge right behind the driver or passenger seat. I do not like the drop-down cabnet doors. I do not like the cost cutting measure of not adding draws inder the dinette and under the bed. The outdoor radio controls should have been inclosed. The interior, however, is amazing. It also has a nice MSRP. Great video as usual, guys!😀

Cannot believe they give you so much camp side viewing windows! The floorplan is amazing inside! Outside you may have to park your butt at the rear of the coach, a bit odd. And I agree on the drop down oddball cabinets. One more thing, no drawers under the dinette or the bed? Maybe even a slide in plastic tray for the buyer. In the kitchen where do I put a trash can? Lets get those things addressed and than this really may be one I would consider purchasing. BTW what is the full time warranty like on such a unit?

Nice coach. Love the storage space, two way frig, and the walk through space. Dislike the dash computer tray-too flimsy, and dislike the less than full body paint

Need counter space around the stove. Hard to use pans with handles when squished against the wall.

Liked the spacious outside storage, exterior paint design, cockpit with all the devices around it..Disliked the lightweight bunk over cab, the one and only shower is in the bedroom and the cabinet doors open downward.

I like the mid entry door and cabinets above the driver and passenger seats. Not a fan of the cab over bunk, would rather not have a bunk at all. Love the kitchen layout and decor. The Double J dinette is a sweet design. The valances are cute and look great. I am a fan of the outside storage and the paint job. I wish there was a sliding workstation / table at the passenger seat. The downward opening cabinets are weird.

For example just a few months ago . The FR3 30 Ds by forest River 2022 was 106,995 now there 126,995 . Would like to see more in the price range

This is a really nice layout in an attractive unit. I agree with your dislikes. As an old guy, the storage space under the dinette and under the bed is unusable. I'd have to lie on the floor to use either, and I work out regularly. Matt, stick with the workouts - you're too young to be limited!

My loves and hates are right on point with you guys - I still love the area of the 1/2 bath, but whatever we end up with , we will be dismantling it and make it into a walk in closet / pantry to make it more usable for what we will be doing - please manufacturers keep making the showers large with seats - love the price point - If you get a chance, please make a video showing things like the GT7 and GT 5's have different - thanks guys - great job!

Pretty sure that was the headboard laying on the mattress just not installed since there was that gap between the mattress and the wall. I don't think you even tried to figure out what it was laying on the bed.

Like: the media screen curved toward the driver, upfront fridge is easy access while traveling, LOVE the kitchen layout. Dislike: I’d expect nice drawers under the dinette at this price point ( my FR3 has the same hideous holes), pantry behind the driver is weird, and nix the big window in the bedroom. ❤️👵

As usual, you have another great video! This floorplan is getting closer to the ideal version for me, but I don't care for some of the items in place, such as the propane appliances or the drop-down cabinet doors. My knees aren't what they used to be, so pull-out drawers are a must for the lower storage areas. The below $200K MSRP requires cutting corners, but I think this I'll be setting my sights a little higher. I don't have any preference for external paint designs or colors. As long as the exterior finish prevents corrosion, I'm content. I think the thing on the bed that looked like it could be a headboard was the center cushion for the dinette top when it is lowered to make a bed. This would be an item I would never use. I like the ability to walk through the coach with the slides retracted and everything is usable. The space between the kitchen counter and the dinette is almost begging for a center island when the slides are extended. I dislike the gas engine, Yamaha generator, and propane appliances. I don't know how easy it would be to service the generator as opposed to the ubiquitous Onan version, but I saw on the manufacturer's website the 7KW Onan is an option. I also dislike the combo washer/dryer. I had one in a small apartment and hated it.

Alright a Georgetown! Love the interior layout and colors. Actually I prefer the window in place of the headboard, otherwise that would be a very dark room. I would also prefer the WD combo in the bathroom. Not sure I like the 1/2 bath door in the living area. Do not, like where the outside TV placement is! Love the layout, not sure I have ever seen one like this. I prefer the dinette on the curb side. And that kitchen area seems to be by itself WD I is good because it is separated from the living area. Should be a good price after discounts!

Love the floor plan, if it wasn’t gas and propane it would be on my short list. I could deal with the gas engine if it was a electric unit. Still very nice.

Likes: Fiberglass roof, king bed is useable with the slides in, and the refrigerator is right behind the driver. Dislikes: Fiberglass basement storage doors, wet bay is under a slide, theater seats require shore power or generator, cabinet color, and no drawers under the dinette.

I agree with all of your dislikes. I agree that drawers would be preferred to cabinets in the bedroom. Very little wardrobe space. I did like the layout, too. Was curious to know if the driver seat was too close to the pantry for a tall individual. I really did not like the colors, nor the matte plain cabinets. Loved the oven plus a convection oven! Would still like to see real nightstands for books, phone, clock, and CPAP. We use our nightstands! Also, would like to see a lamp table for nearly the same reasons. Also, drawers under the dinette is far preferable to the little area that is cut out. The cut out appears to be very rough and might snag a blanket or such that might be stored under the seat. Love the USTEPS! Wish I could get one.....

Low mounted side cameras, a NO NO. I don't like a slide on the camp side right where you camp. I don't mind the bedroom slide on the camp side but that's it. Yes, opposing slide does give you more interior room but not that much. Nice RV for the price, I like Fleetwood better, sorry. And Andrea, you look stunning today.

As much as I like the floor plan, I just can’t get past the Class A setup, meaning they are hard to work on, and I feel like I’m trapped in the driver’s side and passenger. I have seen a lot of class A after an accident. No protection in the front impact area and I am one to think that the driver and passenger need to have a door to exit from. So it’s just a preference

My mom bought a camper in Texas and they wanted to be able to pull their golf cart behind the camper They are 73 and sold their house to live in a camper. Now they are stuck with this camper that they bought two weeks ago and will have to get rid of their golf cart They don’t know what to do I watch you all the time and think your the best They don’t have the money to trade it in and get a different camper I don’t know how to text you privately. What is the warranty on this unit . As all RVs it should be at least 3 years . Because it usually takes that long to sort out all the recurring problems. And a lot of the RVs sit at the dealership for 6 months of the 1st year getting the repairs done.

So much of this tour is stating the obvious; "this is a cupboard, & here are some drawers & over here 3 windows." Seems Andrea is seeing it for the first time. She's gorgeous, but better to do a rehearsal before filming. That way, someone might have spotted the headboard. It's on the bed.

Never before seen? Sofa and dinette? Check. Kitchen? Check. Half bath? Check. Full bath in back? Check. Not sure what part we haven't seen before.

The fridge doesn't seem to be that deep...

So, the interior is too dark, needs to be white, antique white to be exact or farm house white....., the fridge should be compressor, the absorption fridges are crap, and the pull down doors on the cabinets...those are our 3 dislikes. The three things that we love about this unit are, the Washer/Dryer combo, Double Sink, and the fact that you can use the unit without the slide outs out! Hey anyone up for a Walmart boon dock? Just say'n!

Big DIS-like. When I saw the drawers in the pantry I was blown away. BUT then so few drawers after that. It’s all cupboard doors and I want the under bed dressing area. It’s the same company but a different brand name. So what fills the space under the bed?
