We were all 3 walking to my Mom's station wagon when a middle-aged guy and a younger man, (who looked like his son), tried to pull us away. Didn't happen! My Mom turned into the Tasmanian devil and she was just an average sized lady. They both took off running! Mom probably saved our lives. It's funny because a lot of the videos I watch are are those first amendment auditors (the good ones like Long Island Audit) and then I ran into these social experiments and I'm like OOOOOH these are really good. And so coming from a place from "It's perfectly legal to film in public" I was like, while it's perfectly legal, I might have wound up in jail if I caught some creep filming a girl like that.

When you say "I will give you money if you kill this person", you are doing a thing deliberately with a specific outcome in mind, you are actively trying to make someone end up dead, otherwise you wouldn't bother saying the words, if you didn't think those words might hopefully result in a person being dead who would not be dead if you didn't say them. So the distinction between speech and action is false, when you speak it's because you hope to make something happen differently to how things would happen if you didn't speak.
