2 and a bit months after first watching this and being inspired, I’ve lost 24lbs. Good on ya Briody, and the podcast has been great lads.

So lovely to see Matty so happy and healthy, it’s kinda given me more motivation to work out and eat healthier. I was the same, I was thin in high school and college (size 10/12) then I gained loads of weight when I moved away to uni, just eating takeaways or microwave meals and frozen food, stress eating, and not exercising much. I’m now a size 16, sometimes 18 and I’m struggling to lose the weight. It’s not even about weight to me because there’s nothing wrong with being bigger, but I know how thin I was before and it’s about health to me, I know I need to eat healthier and exercise more. Anyway... after that long comment, I just want to say thanks for this, well done Briody, thanks for inspiring me and I can’t wait for more podcasts. 😊

Big ups to MB, I know how difficult it is to lose the weight and especially hard to stop loosing it and to get out of that habit, can easily become a downward spiral so glad that he’s managed to stabilise it. Massive props to the lad
