Ive switched to watercolors to try and "simplify" my art. I find I get caught up in the details trying to create something when I need to learn the tricks to make it look like something with little effort. Lessons like this are helping.

I did this in high school whenever I was after class in art hanging out with a friend. I drew a bunny peeking out from behind a bush, and it took less than 2 minutes. I had never done it before, never tried, first time doing that with paint. Your video reminded me of that moment, and I'm going to circle back and start painting freehand again. It's been way too long. Thank you

Such a great artist and very cool, quick lesson!!! I have so many ideas...but... somehow, what exits my fingertips looks absolutely nothing like what I created in my mind LoL!! I hope this man teaches... cuz he's got the miracle of relating, and is the first I've seen, who actually gives me hope, that someday my brush will create something at least vaguely recognizable!!😊
