Beautiful scenery! A lot of people think that walking and hiking are all they need for exercise, but it's a very linear movement doesn't address all the muscles that should be worked regularly. Some kind of movement exercise can take care of that, whether yoga, pilates, some kind of dance. It's not just for the hipsters! 😹😹

The NorthWest Coast is remarkable. Imagine Lewis & Clark finally seeing all of that after the enormous effort to push across the coastal mountains. I bet they never wanted to leave to go back, a whole year, just to cross all the treachery of the Rockies and Prairie. It's good to explore as a Nomad in this century 😆

keep moving Matty. it will keep you feeling younger and much healthier. i pulled a muscle sneezing. i pulled a muscle changing my socks. keep moving before you are too old to do it. to maintain your health is easy if you are in good health. but if you get lazy and sit on the sofa and watch tv like me you will have trouble keep fit

There's a very cool place to camp, swim, crawdad.....on the Alsea River. From Waldport hwy 34 to mile marker 16. Long curve, guardrail has 2 vehicle size open sections. Gravel entrance road hard to see cause it's goes downhill. It's an odor debree drop spot but a longtime local fun spot.

i been keeping my trash on the back of my pickup truck. enclosed in Walmart type bags with trash in them. and the freaking Ravens or big big black birds fly in and attack my trash on the truck. then they scatter it everywhere and i have to go pick it up. they did it in Moah UT and couple of days ago in Williams. them seagulls will do the same thing. careful there Matty we don't want an episode like the movie the Birds with Alfred Hitchcock. i can hear the music now!
