Regardless of what you think of him, this return was one of the coolest moments in wrestling in a VERY LONG TIME

i love how the entrance graphic plays a role in teasing out the return. from CoP's openng riff, you get cityscape shots of Chicago, then the Chicago flag, you get the crossed fists, you get the Best In The World graphic... all edging you toward the return without telling you that the return is actually happening until "LOOK IN MY EYES" with the graphic CM PUNK, and then Punk walks out right on the mark. It's an incredible double pop from the opening riff to Punk walking out. Masterpiece. Art. 10/10.

Jesus Christ man. I’m fourteen and it’s been awhile since I’ve felt goosebumps for wrestling itself but when this man returned, crazy feeling. I didn’t watch very much of CM Punk but I learnt his story through the 2K15 Showcase. Legendary moment and he really is a revolutionary man in professional wrestling, a real feel good moment for wrestling fans all around the world and for CM Punk.
